Afex Bioderm XLS is a male external incontinence device, designed to attach directly to the tip of the penis, enabling urine to drain into an attached leg bag or overnight drainage bag. Each Afex Bioderm XLS can be left in place for up to 48 hours, and due to the unique oval shape, it is universal in sizing.

Afex Bioderm XLS features a gentle hydrocolloid layer which is free from latex and can be appropriate for use on sensitive skin. It conforms to shape and size of your penis, providing a secure fit whilst also allowing movement. The in-built tube can be attached directly to a leg bag or overnight drainage bag where required.
