Our lambs are born and reared on grass within 5 miles of the farm shop, therefore our lamb is succulent and super tasty!

Our leg of lamb may not be the easiest to carve but is a fantastic cut for a table centre-piece but also tastes delicious with the centre bone giving it extra flavour. We French trim the shank and the chump bone is removed when purchasing the full leg.
